Pricing questions
Can I switch between plans?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from the JustVoice app or your web dashboard. When upgrading, you get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, your current plan stays active until the end of the billing cycle.
Can I try Plus or Pro before committing?
Yes — the Free plan gives you 5,000 words per month to experience JustVoice. When you're ready for more words and all Whisper models, upgrade to Plus or Pro anytime.
What happens when I hit my word limit?
On the Free plan, transcription pauses after 5,000 words and resets at the start of each month. On Plus (50,000 words), you'll receive a notification as you approach the limit. Pro users have unlimited words and never hit a cap.
Do you offer annual billing?
Annual billing is coming soon and will include a discount. Currently, Plus and Pro are billed monthly at $5/mo and $9/mo respectively. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when annual plans launch.
Do I need an account?
Yes. All plans, including Free, require you to create an account and log in. Signing up is quick and only requires an email address.
